Synthesis of noble metal nanoparticles and conjugation with funcional molecules. Biomedical applications of nanoparticle: imaging, detection and cancer therapy (Photodynamic and photothermal therapy, drug delivery).

Chemical synthesis and functionalization of gold nanoparticles; Spectroscopic (UV-Vis, fluorescence, Raman, SERS) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements; Fluorescence and dark field scattering microscopy; Cell cultures.
