Research Interests:

-designing biofunctional chitosan-noble metal nanoparticles with tunable optical properties throughout the visible and near infrared regions (NIR) of the spectrum; - optical and spectroscopic characterization of as prepared nanocomposites; - biomedical applications of synthesized nanoparticles (biodetection, imaging, antibacterial agents, drug delivery).
